Mailson da Nóbrega
Founding Partner of Tendências, economist, former Minister of Finance, chaired the Monetary Council and Confaz, and served on the boards of the IMF, World Bank, and IDB. Named "Economist of the Year" in 2013 by the Brazilian Order of Economists and authored six books.
Nathan Blanche
Founding Partner and member of Tendências’ Advisory Board, is a financial market entrepreneur and former president of ANORO. He has dedicated himself to the standardization and development of gold and foreign exchange markets, including futures markets.
Ernesto Guedes
Founding Partner, Director, and member of Tendências' Advisory Board, leads the Custom Studies team. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP) and a master’s degree from the same institution, with over 30 years of experience in economic consultancy.
Alessandra Ribeiro
Partner and Director of Macroeconomics and Sectoral Analysis at Tendências, holds a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a degree in Economics from Unicamp. She previously worked at Bovespa (currently B3) and serves as a counselor at the Regional Council of Economics (Corecon-SP), 2022-2024.
Denise de Pasqual
Founding Partner and Director of Institutional Relations at Tendências, holds a postgraduate degree in financial sector economics from Fipe-USP and a specialization in Administration for Graduates from CEAG-FGV, and an economics degree from FEA-USP. She worked as a researcher at Fipe and IESP.
Camila Saito
Partner at Tendências, holds a master's degree in Economics from FGV-SP. At Tendências, she is responsible for regional scenarios and income classes studies.
Rafael Cortez
Partner and political scientist at Tendências, holds a PhD and master's degree in Political Science from USP. He is a professor of the master's course in Law, Justice, and Development at IDP-SP and a guest professor at FGV-SP.
Fabiana Tito
Partner and Director of New Business at Tendências, holds a PhD in Economic Theory from FEA-USP, a Master's in Competition and Regulation Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain), and an economics degree from FEA-USP. She is internationally recognized in Competition Defense by Who’s Who Legal Thought Leaders, Director of Economics at IBRAC, Director of WIA – Women in Antitrust, and Non-Governmental Consultant of the International Competition Network (ICN). Listed in the Corporate & Finance Leading Women by Leaders League Brazil (position 28 out of 50).
Silvio Campos Neto
Partner and senior economist at Tendências, holds a master's degree in Economics from FGV-SP and teaches macroeconomics at Oswaldo Cruz Colleges. At Tendências, he is responsible for monetary policy, markets, and international economics.
Walter de Vitto
Partner at Tendências, holds a master's degree in Economics from FEA-USP. At Tendências, he is responsible for market intelligence studies in supplies, and the electricity and oil & gas sectors.
